K-Strong Throws is a USATF Club specializing in the throwing events that take part in Track & Field. These events include the shot put, discus, hammer throw and javelin. Our mission here at K-Strong Throws is to instill a passion and love of the sport that is track and field. We are open to Youth, Open and Masters level athletes.Whether you want to learn a new event or have some fun while developing your throwing technique, K-Strong Throws Is more than happy to help every step of the way!
